What kinds of activities are available?
Events- Feasts, tournaments, camping
Does it cost anything to participate?
Participation is generally free and no membership is required.
Some events and classes may have fees associated with them to cover class materials or event expenses.
Loaner gear is usually available for Newcomers to try out before they drop money on equipment.
In the Outlands, you only need an SCA membership if you plan on entering tournaments, holding an Office, or recieving awards. Membership does have its benefits, such as reduced event fees.
