Letters of Intent Sought for Emergency Deputy Kingdom A&S MInister
Details
The Emergency Deputy Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences is expected to perform many of the administrative jobs for the Ministry. The incumbent is also expected to be prepared to fill in on an emergency basis if the KMoAS is unable to serve in an official capacity. The administrative job tasks include the compilation of the quarterly report that is submitted to the Society Minister of Arts and Sciences and to the Crown and the Kingdom Seneschal; the updating of the rosters for past Kingdom A&S Champions and for past Windhover Bards; and the maintenance of Kingdom-wide lists of judges with preferred categories/divisions (for the Competition) and of teachers with preferred classes (for the Collegium).
