Greetings! following are the required reporting requirements after your group has an event.
1. Was there a fee charged for the event (i.e free, toys for tots, etc events) ? If not, I need the number of adults that attended the event. the event name and date, and your group name. You can email this to me, or send it in with a form.
4. If there was a fee charged for the event, and NMS fees were collected but not paid, now is the time to send me a report and check! Please make the check out to SCA- Outlands. Please use the new NMS form on the yahoo groups files page.
