White Stag is the Principal Herald for the Outlands - as such, White Stag is the main herald of the kingdom and the Voice of the King of the Outlands. White Stag is also the primary administrative herald to whom all heralds report and who reports to the Laurel Sovereign of Arms and the Kingdom seneschal.

Both Rampart Herald and Castle Herald are the officers to contact regarding the heraldic submissions (names, devices, badges, etc.). Castle handles the intra-kingdom submissions process, while Rampart handles the extra-kingdom submissions process.

Wimble Herald is the officer to contact regarding the Order of Precedence and the Who's Who.

Wharrow Herald is the officer to contact regarding the Roll of Arms.

Gimlet Herald is the officer to contact regarding ceremonies.

Weel Pursuivant is the officer to contact regarding heraldic education, new herald assistance, and publications through the Outlands College of Heralds, such as the Handbook for Heraldry.

Plover Herald is the officer to contact regarding field heraldry, and training for field heraldry.
