The Seneschal of the Outlands is responsible for ensuring that the administrative functions of the kingdom run smoothly. They are charged with the responsibility to ensure that the kingdom's rules remain within the boundaries of Federal, State and local laws, and to suggest changes when necessary. Their duties also include the signing of contracts and investigating liability concerns and issues.
