Earl Marshal

The Earl Marshal is responsible for overseeing the conduct of all martial arts activities, including but not limited to tournament lists, wars, combat archery, rapier combat, siege engines, thrown weapons, defined as real weapons thrown at an inanimate target, as well as, equestrian activities, and target archery. The Earl Marshal bears primary responsibility for promoting both the safety and the authenticity of the martial arts in the kingdom, but works with other officers in their areas of mutual interest.

Minister of Arts and Sciences

The Minister of Arts and Sciences (A&S) is responsible for the organization of Kingdom A&S events including maintaining the judging criteria and soliciting judges. The minister is charged to encourage and help organize the study, practice, and research into the medieval arts, sciences, and technology within the Kingdom and supervise and support all local ministers in doing the same. This office assists the Laurel War Council representative in determining the A&S competition at Estrella, in soliciting judges, and in the administration of the competition.

White Stag Principal Herald

The White Stag Principal Herald is responsible for the organization and continued function of the Outlands College of Heralds. In addition, the traditional ceremonial duties of White Stag include performing the Coronation ceremony and heralding the final round of Crown Tournament. The office has an extensive staff to which various tasks are delegated.
